Product Returns
There are no returns accepted on any custom items. We will work tirelessly together to achieve a result that you are in love with. There will be no items re-made unless they are damaged or otherwise not up to standard.
This does not include a change of mind.
Quotes
Quotes are supplied according to product specifications and time. Any changes in amount, size & product during the duration of the creation process will require an update in quotation before order completion. Invoices are sent via email at the time of order dispatch and must be paid within 30 days of issue.
Item Availability
Whilst we make every attempt to ensure all products appearing on the site are available to be made within processing times, the malfunction and repair of equipment is not something that we can predict. Communication will be made with you in the event of such an occurrence in regards to canceling the order if you wish.
Freight Damage or loss
Package damage or loss will be covered by Zwartko. This will be in the form of a remake or refund. No assurance as to specific delivery time will ever be made and we do not offer the remake or refund for packages that are simply late.
Tracking will be provided upon order dispatch & it is the customers responsibility to re-route any package with an incorrect address, without timely correction.

Any images and descriptions of handmade papers on this site are given as a representation only and will not be replicated in paper or design. There will be slight variations in thickness, colour and texture from any description or image on this site. The position of any inclusions in the paper, such as seeds, will not be exactly replicated.
We only have access to personal information that you voluntarily supply, such as name, delivery address, phone number & email. Zwartko will only use this information for the fulfillment of your order & not share it on or offline with any other parties. Contact regarding your order will be made via the email address you provide.
Your logo's, artwork & designs will not be used in any way by another company; nor will we create any design that reflects yours.

Online payment with your credit card details is performed securely via Paypal. None of your credit card details are stored once the Paypal transaction is complete.

Privacy Policy
Photos of your stationery will be taken throughout the making process as well as upon completion. These photos will be posted by Zwartko to Instagram and include your tag. Images of yours that included Zwartko stationery will similarly be re-posted to our page.
Your images may be used in our website or other graphic representations of product & services.

If you do not wish for us to use your images, please make that clear upon placing an order.
