Payment Options
PayPal
Use your PayPal account to pay by Visa or MasterCard.
You can also pay by Visa or MasterCard even if you do not have a PayPal account (see below).
At checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal website where you can pay using your credit card set up on your existing PayPal account.
Credit Card
We accept online payments with Visa or MasterCard. Simply fill in the boxes with your card details at checkout. This transaction is encrypted and only transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions.
We also offer our customers 30 days payable invoices upon order completion.
If you are more comfortable contacting me directly for your stationery needs or are a repeat customer; this is the option for you.
Payment will be via Bank Transfer(BSB and Account number)on our invoice.
Order Completion Times
We will email you a mock up of your artwork on chosen product within 1 business day of receiving your shopping cart order.
Once the mock up is approved & a test print confirmed on your paper, we generally need around 3 to 5 business days to print and complete your order.
Depending on the order details we may be able to reduce this time, or for larger orders, a longer time frame may be needed.
Customized Orders
For fully customized products that are not available in our shopping cart, current lead times are around 1 to 3 weeks.
Actual times frames will be advised once order details and artwork is confirmed.

Postage & Delivery
We use recycled packing materials or we re-use packing where possible.
This means you will may get your order packed in a secondhand carton, with secondhand packing within it. We also use recycled tissue paper. Any new cartons we use are made from recycled cardboard.
We do not use plastic unless it has been sent to us and we are re-using it. In the event that you get some plastic packing in a parcel from us, please either re-use it or recycle it.
